Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
- Sales and Profitability: Achieve sales targets and maintain a 5% CM3 within the first three months.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent service, resolve issues, and assist with inquiries.
- Cash Management: Handle cash deposits, manage cash float, and maintain accurate records.
- Accurate Recording of Inbounds: Track product receipts, documentation, and input into the POS system.
- Shrinkage and Damages: Monitor, record, and investigate any losses or damages.
- Stock Count and Reconciliation: Lead stock counts, reconcile records, and address discrepancies.
- Movement of Goods: Ensure efficient movement of products in and out of the store.
DC Operations:
- Dispatch Coordination: Oversee timely and accurate dispatch processes.
- Efficiency and Safety: Implement safety protocols, and ensure efficient and accurate goods movement.
- Returns and Reconciliation: Manage delivery returns, update records, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Quality and Quantity Checks: Perform checks to ensure product quality and correct quantities.
- Record Assets In and Out: Track and record store asset movements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Business Management or Logistics preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in minimart or supermarket management, inventory control, or logistics preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and using a laptop.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.
