Key Requirements
Office Attendant
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Accountant
- CPA(K) certification or recognised accounting qualification from ICPAK.
- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and similar accounting software.
- 2–5+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
Sales Representative
- Formal education in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Horticulture.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and CRM systems.
- 3–5 years of field sales experience with horticultural seeds, bio-stimulants, or biochemicals.
Work Locations
The Office Attendant and Accountant roles are based in Nairobi. Sales Representatives are assigned to the Central Highlands, Eastern Region, Rift Valley, and Kajiado and its surrounding areas.
