5+ years in a leadership culinary role, strong menu development and cost control skills.
SOUS CHEF
Support the Head Chef, manage kitchen staff, and ensure smooth operations.
BREAKFAST CHEF
Prepare and serve breakfast dishes with creativity and consistency.
2+ years in breakfast or brunch service.
COMMIS CHEF
Food prep, assist in cooking, cleaning, and plating.
Previous restaurant or café service experience.
BARISTA
Prepare coffee and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and uphold customer service.
Previous restaurant or café service experience.
WAITERS
Experience in café or restaurant service, strong communication skills, positive team spirit, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied shifts.
