Job Responsibilities:

As a Fitness Trainer, your main responsibilities will include:

Conducting fitness assessments and consultations with residents to understand their goals, health conditions, and fitness levels.
Leading group fitness classes in various disciplines such as Yoga, Meditation, Zumba, Boxing, Kickboxing, Bodybuilding, Crossfit, Aerobics, Spinning, and more.
Designing and implementing personalized and group workout programs for residents, incorporating suitable fitness modalities.
Demonstrating and instructing clients on the proper use of fitness equipment and machines.
Providing guidance on correct exercise techniques to ensure client safety and effective workouts.
Offering nutritional advice, emphasizing the importance of a balanced diet and healthy eating habits.
Promoting and maintaining cleanliness in the gym.
Keeping records of attendance and monitoring the use of gym equipment to prevent damage and loss.

Requirements and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer, preferably in a membership club.
Extensive expertise in teaching and practicing various fitness disciplines, including Yoga, Meditation, Zumba, Boxing, Kickboxing, Bodybuilding, Crossfit, Aerobics, Weight Training, and Nutrition.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and fitness principles.
Excellent customer service skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and provide clear instructions.
Ability to adapt workout programs and teaching methods to accommodate individuals with varying fitness levels and abilities.
Genuine passion for health and wellness, with a sincere desire to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred).
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
Proficiency in using information technology for various purposes such as record keeping, class scheduling, session reminders, client and group management, and client and group analysis.
