Open Positions

Sales Trainee

• Support daily sales operations and client engagement activities within the assigned department
• Participate in real estate sales projects and client acquisition initiatives
• Deliver quality service to clients and stakeholders while building market relationships
• Apply data-driven insights to identify sales opportunities and support revenue growth

Marketing Trainee

• Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution
• Contribute to cross-functional marketing projects and brand development initiatives
• Support content creation and stakeholder communication activities
• Help implement technology-based marketing solutions and analyze campaign performance

Finance Trainee

• Support financial operations and reporting functions within the finance department
• Work on real business projects related to budgeting, analysis, and financial controls
• Collaborate with finance professionals on data-driven financial assessments
• Contribute to process improvements and organizational financial objectives

Project Management Trainee

• Support project execution and coordination across assigned real estate development projects
• Participate in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project deliverables

Business Operations Trainee

General Requirements

• Secondary education: minimum 350 marks in KCPE or equivalent qualification
• KCSE grade B+ and above or equivalent qualification
• Degree awarded in 2025 or expected graduation in 2026 with at least Second Class Upper Division honors or equivalent
• 0–2 years of prior work experience
• Willingness to be based in Nairobi or be available to relocate as per departmental assignment
• Professional certifications in relevant fields are advantageous but not mandatory
