FullStack Developer Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable web applications using a combination of front-end and back-end technologies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement innovative solutions.
3. Create and optimize database schemas, ensuring high-performance data retrieval and storage.
4. Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces to enhance the user experience across various devices and platforms.
5. Integrate external APIs and third-party services to extend the functionality of our applications.
6. Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks to deliver high-quality, robust software.
7. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes.
9. Collaborate with the QA team to conduct testing and ensure software meets the required standards.
10. Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth and skill development.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar.
4. Strong experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
5. In-depth knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Spring.
6. Familiarity with database systems, both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
7. Experience with version control systems like Git.
8. Understanding of agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
10. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred:

1. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
2. Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
3. Previous experience in the development of enterprise-level applications.
