The Food & Beverage Server (Waiter/Waitress) Job involves both front-of-house operations and coordination with kitchen and bar staff to execute seamless service. Working in a high-end restaurant environment, you will be expected to demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously. Key Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and guide them to their tables, establishing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Present menus and provide informed recommendations based on available dishes and guest preferences
• Record food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams without delay
• Deliver prepared dishes and drinks promptly to the correct tables, ensuring proper plating and temperature standards
• Set up and reset tables before and after service, maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area
• Process guest bills and payments accurately using hotel management software and reconcile transactions
• Attend to guest requests and concerns in real time, escalating issues to management when necessary
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar personnel to ensure orders are prepared and served in the correct sequence
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times and ensure the dining environment meets company standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup, breakdown, and light cleaning duties

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a closely related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in food and beverage service within a busy, upmarket restaurant setting
• Operational knowledge of hotel management software systems used for order processing and billing
• Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in all guest interactions and internal communications
• High standards of personal grooming and neat professional appearance
• Strong problem-solving capability to handle service disruptions or guest complaints effectively
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members
• Availability to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends as required
