Driver
You need:
- Valid Kenyan licence for the assigned vehicle class
- PSV qualification where required
- At least 3 years’ professional driving experience
- Good knowledge of Nairobi and airport routes
- Clean driving record and strong safety awareness
- Basic vehicle inspection and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent grooming, communication and guest-service skills
- Calm, punctual and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays
You will:
- Transport guests, staff and authorised items safely
- Handle airport transfers, guest pick-ups and official errands
- Maintain courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism
- Check vehicles routinely and report defects promptly
- Keep vehicles clean, fuelled and presentable
- Record trips, mileage, fuel use and servicing accurately
- Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Assist with luggage and provide local information
- Demonstrate brand values
- Coordinate with Front Office, Security and other departments
On-Call Tailor
You need:
- Practical tailoring and garment-repair skills
- Experience handling uniforms or workwear (advantageous)
- Attention to detail and neat workmanship
- Reliability, honesty and good time management
- Ability to respond when called upon and complete work promptly
- Resourcefulness and professionalism
You will:
- Carry out basic uniform repairs including stitching, hemming, button replacement and minor adjustments
- Label staff uniforms accurately and neatly
- Support with minor alterations where required
- Ensure all uniforms are handled carefully and returned in good condition
- Complete assigned work within agreed timelines
Front Desk Agent
You need:
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Front Office or related field
- At least 2 years’ hotel front-office experience
- Practical knowledge of Opera PMS
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of reservations, billing and payments
- Professional, organised and calm under pressure
- Excellent grooming and telephone etiquette
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Strong alignment with brand values
You will:
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
- Handle reservations, room allocations, payments and billing
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate guest and reservation records
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security and other departments
- Manage calls, emails, messages and shift handovers
- Promote hotel rooms, dining, events and services
- Protect guest information and maintain a welcoming reception area
Housekeeping & Public Areas Supervisor
You need:
- Certificate or diploma in Housekeeping or Hospitality
- 2-3 years housekeeping supervisory experience
- Strong organisation, communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
You will:
- Supervise and inspect rooms and public spaces
- Allocate duties and support the housekeeping team
- Ensure rooms are ready on time
- Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry and Maintenance
- Monitor linen, supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests and report maintenance issues
- Maintain hygiene, safety and service standards
Chef de Partie, Banquets & Meetings
You need:
- Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in banqueting, events or high-volume food production (preferably 4- or 5-star hotel)
- Strong food preparation, presentation and hygiene skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
- Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Demonstrated alignment with brand values
You will:
- Prepare and present food for meetings, conferences and banquets
- Supervise the kitchen section and guide junior team members
- Maintain recipe, portion and presentation standards
- Coordinate with Banqueting, Events and Service teams
- Support event preparation, buffet setup and replenishment
- Monitor quality, stock, wastage, hygiene and food safety
- Assist with menu planning and special event requirements
