We’re looking for an Food & Beverage Manager to lead the strategy, operations, and commercial performance of all food and beverage operations at Poa Place Resort.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximising profitability, and maintaining world-class hospitality standards across the Resort’s food and beverage, conference, and event operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across four dining outlets, conferencing facilities, and events
• Ensure consistent service and operational excellence
• Drive financial performance and continuous innovation
• Maintain food safety standards and hotel management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 7 years’ experience in hotel or resort food and beverage operations
• 3-5 years in senior leadership roles
• Strong operational and financial skills
• Excellent team leadership abilities
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hotel management systems
