What are we looking for?

• We are on the hunt for an Elite Field Collections & Asset Recovery Manager to spearhead our crucial last-mile (offline assets ) field collection operations.
• You will lead and develop a sharp team in the field, specializing in the recovery of vehicles and motorbikes that are in payment arrears for long periods.
• This role is for a true investigative professional with a proven track record in complex recovery scenarios within insurance, auctioneering, or similar sectors.

Requirements for the role:

• An investigative ace with 5-7+ years in high-stakes asset recovery or fraud investigation.
• Experienced in tackling challenging cases of missing vehicles and motorbikes.
• A natural leader with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Committed to the highest standards of integrity and discretion.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a valid driver’s license, ready for extensive field work.
