Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in any discipline
- 2–4 years of professional experience in sales and relationship management, with proven ability to close deals and build lasting client connections
- Demonstrated track record of sales success within the financial services industry, with evidence of revenue targets met or exceeded
- Working knowledge of banking products, services, and digital platforms, or willingness to rapidly build this knowledge on the job
- Strong ability to articulate information clearly to clients and internal teams, tailoring communication to the audience
- Demonstrated skill in convincing and negotiating with clients and stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
- Capability to explore alternative solutions and generate creative ideas to meet non-standard client requirements
