Job Summary

We are in search of an enthusiastic and meticulous intern who is eager to join our team. Your role will involve supporting data entry tasks and documenting the processes linked to the manufacturing of PVC pipes. The perfect candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and a genuine interest in learning about PVC pipe production and its associated procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently input various production-related data into digital databases and spreadsheets.
  • Aid in the collection, arrangement, and analysis of data pertaining to PVC pipe manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to gather information and update process documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
  • Keep an eye on quality control processes to ensure compliance with required standards for the pipes.
  • Assist in generating and maintaining comprehensive reports, charts, and graphs to visually represent process trends and performance indicators.
  • Take part in on-site observations and discussions with production staff to comprehend and record the step-by-step sequences involved in PVC pipe manufacturing.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for process enhancement and propose potential improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and integrity while adhering to established protocols for data entry and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or pending graduation in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with ISO requirements for PVC Pipes is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision when handling data entry and documentation responsibilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work harmoniously within a team-oriented setting.
  • Possess a problem-solving mindset with the capability to analyze and interpret data.
