Candidate Profile Join our 2023 Young Graduate Trainee program and seize the opportunity as a qualified young graduate. This initiative, led by TotalEnergies Company, is designed for Africa, aiming to nurture emerging talent through comprehensive training and skill enhancement. Our focus is on recent graduates from local universities. Over the last decade, TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya Plc has successfully nurtured over 40 young graduates through this program, and we are now excited to welcome new candidates for the 2023 session.

This program offers an extensive training period of eighteen (18) months. This includes six (6) months of local immersion and twelve (12) months of international experience within our subsidiaries across Africa. During this time, you can specialize in various domains, such as commercial, finance, legal, and technical.

Candidate Profile:

To be eligible, you should have achieved at least an Upper 2nd Class Honors’ Degree from a recognized institution within the past two (2) years. Your degree should be in one of these disciplines:

• Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields)
• Sales & Marketing
• Finance
• Business-related fields
• Legal

Additionally, you should have:

• Attained a KCSE Mean Grade of B+ or above
• A certificate of good conduct
• A maximum age limit of 26 years
