Responsibilities:

– Data Analysis and Insight Generation:
– Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can influence business decisions and drive operational efficiency.
– Develop hypotheses and design experiments to test them, leveraging statistical methods to draw conclusions.
– Analytic Systems Development:
– Develop, implement, and optimize analytic systems and data analysis tools to ensure the availability and reliability of data-driven insights.
– Proactively identify opportunities for leveraging company data to create business solutions.
– Data Visualization and Reporting:
– Transform complex datasets into intuitive and meaningful visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate understanding of key insights and findings.
– Business Collaboration and Communication:
– Clearly and effectively communicate complex data findings in a simple, actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment of data-driven insights with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python/R for data analysis and modeling.
– Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
– Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
– Basic understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data science techniques to solve real-world problems.
– Communication and Business Acumen:
– Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to a non-technical audience.
– Educational and Professional Background:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
– 2 – 4 years of experience in a relevant role is preferred.
