About the Role

Fresh Life is recruiting Customer Success Associate Jobs at Fresh Life (Nairobi & Kisumu) – Salary Up to KSh 50,000 across two locations in Kenya. This is a full-time position focused on customer onboarding, account management, payment recovery, and hygiene standards promotion. You’ll be the primary contact for customers, managing their journey from signup through ongoing support while ensuring compliance with sanitation protocols.

The role combines field-based customer engagement with administrative account management. You will conduct regular visits, resolve operational issues, and gather feedback to improve service delivery. This Customer Service in Kenya role is ideal for someone with customer service background and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training to customers on proper sanitation facility use, maintenance procedures, and hygiene best practices
  • Establish and nurture relationships with assigned customer accounts through regular contact and responsive support
  • Conduct scheduled field visits and follow-up meetings to assess customer satisfaction and operational performance
  • Maintain accurate customer records, payment histories, and account documentation in the system
  • Pursue outstanding invoices and coordinate payment collection activities with customers
  • Address customer complaints, troubleshoot service issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Identify and encourage customer retention strategies and referral opportunities
  • Collect and document customer feedback for service improvement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
  • Proven experience in customer service delivery and credit or account management
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems or proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and reporting
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability to handle customer concerns and service gaps
  • Physical capability to conduct regular field visits across assigned customer locations
  • Reliable transportation or ability to commute to customer sites independently
