Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between shippers, transporters, and end customers to detect issues and preserve operational flow.
• Manage the movement of goods across origin-to-destination routes, confirming on-time and secure delivery.
• Assess transportation routes and recommend optimisations to lower costs while enhancing delivery speed and reliability.
• Record and maintain precise operational data that documents all customer and transporter interactions.
• Detect operational barriers and execute corrective steps to eliminate future occurrences.

Requirements & Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification, plus a minimum of 2 years of professional experience post-graduation.
• Demonstrated consistency and longevity across previous employment roles.

• Strong written and spoken communication abilities with customers, business partners, and colleagues.
