Customer Service Intern
Numeral IOT is looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team. If you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to provide excellent customer experiences, we want you!
Key Roles:
You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
Requirements:
- 6 months internship in customer care.
- Certificate or diploma in Customer Care.
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
