Job Purpose

The Cold Calling Agent will support business growth by proactively engaging potential clients via telephone, presenting company solutions, generating leads, and closing sales opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services

  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers through effective sales conversations

  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system

  • Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business

  • Handle objections, questions, and customer concerns in a professional manner

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion strategies


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or higher qualification in sales, marketing, business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 to 6 years’ experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment

  • Proven ability to close sales over the phone

  • Good customer handling and relationship management skills

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

  • Professional attitude, resilience, and strong work ethic
