About the Role

Equity Afia is recruiting a Clinical Officer to deliver patient care and clinical services across its healthcare facilities in Kenya. This is a full-time position based in Kenya, suited to a qualified clinician with post-qualification experience in hospital settings. Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognised institution
  • Current registration with the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya and a valid, active practicing license
  • Minimum one (1) year of post-internship clinical experience in a public or private hospital setting
  • At least one (1) year of documented work experience in a busy health facility with high patient volumes
  • Demonstrated competency in non-communicable disease management and chronic condition care
  • Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) — current and valid
  • Certificate in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) — current and valid
