Key Responsibilities

- Process and reconcile insurance claims to support timely reimbursement and billing cycles
- Prepare medical certificates and supporting documentation as requested by patients or healthcare providers
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient records and ensure compliance with data protection laws and healthcare regulations
- Operate Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to log, update, and track patient data
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Health Records and Information Management from an accredited institution
- Demonstrable proficiency with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting tasks
- Proven ability to apply healthcare regulations and data protection laws in day-to-day work
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience processing insurance claims and supporting reimbursement workflows
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information responsibly
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with capacity to work effectively in a team environment
