  • Current, valid license to practice medicine in Kenya issued by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
  • Minimum one year of post-internship clinical experience in either government or private hospital settings
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) used in clinical environments
  • Strong understanding of Kenyan healthcare policies, documentation standards, compliance frameworks, and national health schemes
  • Proven clinical decision-making ability and capacity to manage complex patient cases with sound judgment
