Key Responsibilities

- Maintain full accountability for goods in your custody from collection to final delivery point.

- Keep the delivery vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy state at all times.
- Follow assigned delivery routes within the scheduled timeframe without deviation.
- Record mileage, arrival and departure times, and delivery destinations in the vehicle movement logbook before each trip begins.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations or accidents according to company protocols.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and promptly report mechanical issues or maintenance requirements to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed KCSE certificate or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Valid driving license with a minimum of three years’ documented experience operating Canter trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness in previous roles.
- Meticulous attention to detail when handling documentation and performing vehicle inspections.
- Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to listen and follow instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of and commitment to transport and delivery company policies and procedures.
