Key Responsibilities

- Support administrative coordination activities including meeting scheduling, document management, and stakeholder communication tracking.
- Contribute to problem-solving discussions by applying analytical reasoning to understand root causes and assess process improvement options.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in International Development, Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated organisational ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks including administrative work, scheduling, and document handling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging positively with teams of varied backgrounds and perspectives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaborative platforms such as SharePoint or Jira.
- Analytical mindset and ability to think through structured problems with attention to logical reasoning.
- Prior exposure to business analysis work through internships, university projects, or coursework in structured environments involving complex tasks is desirable.
- Willingness to work within a global team, upholding organisational values, ethical standards, and collaborative practices across diverse teams.
