• Proven background of 6+ months in branch operations covering cash management, clearing, and accounts administration
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in personal banking, business banking, retail banking, or sales management roles
• Demonstrated expertise in credit management and customer relationship management practices
• Completion of formal cash management training or equivalent professional certification
• Strong leadership qualities, emotional intelligence, and ability to motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
