Key Responsibilities
- Review annotation outputs from autonomous vehicle datasets to verify quality, consistency, and adherence to established project guidelines.
- Interpret complex driving scenes containing multiple vehicles, pedestrians, objects, and environmental factors to assess annotation accuracy.
- Evaluate agent actions, behavioral intent, object relationships, spatial positioning, and task sequences within recorded traffic scenarios.
- Support Vision-Language Action workflows by validating vision-language alignment, action grounding, temporal sequence understanding, and scene context interpretation.
- Identify and resolve ambiguous scenarios and edge cases using structured judgment and detailed guideline interpretation.
- Maintain consistent application of annotation standards across all production review assignments.
- Attend calibration sessions, participate in quality assurance discussions, and engage in feedback cycles to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Communicate clear, detailed, and actionable feedback to annotators and project leads regarding quality gaps and required corrections.
- Flag unclear guidelines, tool-related issues, or persistent quality problems to project management for resolution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in autonomous vehicle data annotation or related machine learning data validation roles.
- Minimum 1 year of direct experience with Vision-Language Action projects or similar multimodal AI annotation work.
- Demonstrated experience with complex scene understanding tasks, including object interaction assessment, agent behavior analysis, spatial reasoning, action prediction, intent interpretation, and task-sequence evaluation.
- Proven track record working in production review workflows, interpreting annotation guidelines, and handling edge-case scenarios in quality-critical environments.
- Strong ability to apply systematic quality standards consistently and identify deviations from project specifications.
- Competence in written and verbal communication for delivering structured feedback and escalating issues appropriately.
