What You’ll Do:

• Manage reception & welcome visitors
• Maintain clean, organized office & kitchen space
• Handle courier records, scanning, binding and non-legal filing
• Track and replenish office & kitchen supplies
• Support errands and internal operations
• Liaise with our IT consultant for tech issues
• Assist in minute-taking & task reporting

Who You Are:

• Diploma in Business Admin, Office Management, or related field
• 1+ year experience in an administrative role (law firm experience is a bonus)
• Tech-savvy, discreet, and courteous
• Comfortable with cleaning responsibilities
• Ready to roll up your sleeves and keep the firm running smoothly
