Accountant Job (70k-80k)

Salary: Ksh 70,000 – 80,000 Gross

Employment Type: Full-time

A well-established company based in Nairobi is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle monthly reconciliations and support audits
• Prepare tax returns and ensure statutory compliance
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cash flows
• Generate financial reports for management decision-making

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar accounting role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA Part III or equivalent professional qualification
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
