Key Responsibilities

• Providing professional table service by taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages on time

• Maintaining a clean, organized service area while following hygiene and safety standards

• Communicating menu options clearly and supporting guests with recommendations and upselling

• Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure correct orders and timely delivery

• Handling guest feedback politely and escalating service issues to supervisors when required

• Preparing the dining area before service and supporting closing procedures after shifts

• Processing bills and ensuring accurate payments where required

• Supporting team service during peak hours to maintain smooth guest experience

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts

• At least 2 years of experience in a busy hospitality environment

• Strong communication skills and customer handling

• Ability to work under pressure and on flexible shifts
