Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Eldoret for a Commission Sales Agent. The Commission Sales Agent will be responsible for seeking out potential clients, selling MOMENTUM Kenya’s financial products, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks include generating leads, making sales presentations, closing deals, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and Insurance knowledge
  • Experience in providing client Training and support
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
