Job Purpose

The Junior Sales Representative will support sales growth by engaging customers, building strong client relationships, preparing quotations, closing sales, and maintaining accurate sales and inventory records across Bobu Africa’s lifestyle brands.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products across assigned lifestyle and retail brands.

• Engage walk-in, corporate, hospitality, and online clients professionally.

• Build and maintain long-term customer and corporate relationships.

• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales in line with targets.

• Support corporate gifting, bulk orders, and special sales projects.

• Record sales activities and maintain accurate customer data.

• Track inventory levels, update stock movements, and prepare stock reports.

• Represent the brand consistently in line with company values and standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to sell premium, lifestyle, or culturally inspired products.

• Professional presentation when engaging corporate and retail clients.

• Basic computer skills including email, Excel, and POS systems.
