Job Purpose

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing accurate information, resolving service-related inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience while supporting Sprinkville Networks LTD’s service operations.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.

  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding internet services and basic troubleshooting steps.

  • Log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.

  • Escalate complex technical or service issues to the relevant departments when necessary.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and solution-focused communication.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call center performance standards.

  • Meet individual and team targets related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.


Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.

  • Basic technical knowledge, including internet connectivity and troubleshooting concepts.

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an added advantage but not mandatory.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Good listening skills and the ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
