Job Purpose

The Customer Care Executive will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive service experience through effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and coordination with hospital departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and assist patients and visitors courteously, providing accurate information and directions within the facility.

• Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Explain hospital services, procedures, and expected waiting times clearly to patients and their families.

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries while maintaining service efficiency.

• Gather patient feedback and support initiatives aimed at improving service quality.

• Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure smooth patient service delivery.

• Adhere to hospital policies, customer care standards, and safety regulations at all times.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Prior experience in customer care or front office services within a healthcare setting is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hospital information systems.

• Professional appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
