Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Purpose

The role supports customers through digital channels by providing accurate information, resolving service issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism and data accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve customer issues and complaints accurately while adhering to service standards

• Provide clear information about products, services, and processes

• Process customer orders, applications, refunds, and service requests correctly

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction

• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to senior support when required

• Keep up to date with product updates, policies, and internal procedures

• Manage and update customer accounts and personal information securely

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns

Job Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

• Minimum of a high school certificate

• Must be a resident of Kenya, India, or the Philippines

• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently

• Basic computer skills and comfort using online communication tools
