Job Role

To ensure that complex datasets is transformed in to structured information and analyzed to provide glean insights that drive strategic decision making in business.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain efficient data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Analyse large datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights.
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and optimize business processes.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI for real-time business insights.
• Conduct pricing and profitability analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Help maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data analytic, Economics & Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years in data analytics, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sectors
• Experience with analytical tools including SQL, Python and Power BI
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Attention to details

• High degree of honesty and integrity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great report writing and presentation skills
