About the Company

ACE Handyman Services is the largest handyman services company in Canada, now expanding globally. We are seeking talented and multilingual Customer Support Agents to join our remote team.

This is a fully remote position — from interview and training to daily work — allowing you to serve our global clients from the comfort of your home.


Position Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide assistance to clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and service teams. You will represent our brand and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.


Training Program

  • Duration: 2 weeks

  • Schedule: 4 hours/day, 5 days a week

  • Compensation: USD 15/hour

  • Mode: Online (Remote)

  • Focus: Company procedures, customer interaction, and problem-solving skills


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to client concerns

  • Maintain customer records and update service requests in the system

  • Follow established workflows and company guidelines

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases

  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring high service standards

  • Report recurring issues and suggest process improvements

  • Adhere to performance metrics and maintain excellent ratings


Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: USD 33/hour

  • Performance Bonus: Based on individual and team metrics

  • Night Shift Bonus: Additional 30% pay

  • Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable based on performance)

  • Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (three rotating shifts)


Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English, and fluency in French, Spanish, or German is an added advantage

  • A personal computer or laptop with stable internet access

  • Availability to work across rotating shifts

  • Commitment to complete training and performance objectives
