We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving high sales conversions and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also get the opportunity to work alongside our best sales agents and our Head of Call Centre based in Ukraine!

What You’ll Do:

• Present, promote, and sell Dietary Supplements to existing and prospective customers.

• Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve targeted sales goals within set timelines.

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on our products, new features, and best sales practices.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Highly motivated & target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Previous telesales experience is a plus!

• Strong relationship management & customer service abilities.

• Integrity & professionalism.
