Agricultural Field Officers at Talent Grid Africa – Talent Grid Africa Kenya Job Details
As an Agricultural Field Officer, you will:
- Train and guide farmers on modern and sustainable practices.
- Conduct farm visits, maintain accurate records, and forecast harvests.
- Support company programs such as seedling distribution and yield monitoring.
- Build strong farmer relationships while mobilizing them for trainings and workshops.
Who we’re looking for:
- Diploma in Agriculture (minimum requirement).
- At least 2 years’ experience in agricultural fieldwork.
- Excellent knowledge of farming practices including GAP and climate-smart farming.
- Strong communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Motorcycle riding license (required).
