Responsibilities:

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers to PVSTAR.
• Conduct approval checks on new leads before they make down payment
• Ensure customers understand their contractual obligations and payment terms during onboarding.
• Educate customers on how PVSTAR systems work, including payment methods and maintaining their accounts in good standing.
• Educate customers about warranty policies and proper product usage.
• Assist customers with inquiries about PVSTAR products, services, and payment plans.
• Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues related to PVSTAR product functionality in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex technical problems with IT and technical department and share solutions with PVSTAR esteemed customers.
• Assist customers with payment processing and token generation.
• Follow up on overdue payments via calls and provide guidance on PVSTAR repayment policies.
• Identify customers at risk of default and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions on PVSTAR paygops.
• Create Sales agents and distributor accounts.
• Conduct identity checks on new sales agents and distributors.
• Generate reports on customer feedback, payment trends, and issues recorded.
