HR Intern at World Relief – World Relief Kenya Job Details
The HR Intern will provide essential support in digitizing and organizing staff records, and uploading them to the Cyrus ERP system. This role also offers hands-on exposure to HR operations and systems, contributing to both learning and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and organize physical HR documents for scanning and upload.
- Upload staff files and documents (e.g., contracts, Personal records, certifications) into the ERP system.
- Ensure documents are correctly labelled and stored in their respective digital folders.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of documents before and after upload.
- Assist in identifying and flagging missing or incomplete documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the process.
- Support general HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to internal document requests.
Expected Deliverables
- Accurate and up-to-date digital HR staff files uploaded to the ERP system.
- A summary report of uploaded files, missing documents flagged, and completed entries.
- Regular progress updates to the HR Coordinator.
- Improved organization of both digital and physical HR records.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Administration and Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; general computer literacy.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
