  • We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and boost sales performance. This is a hands-on role involving both digital and offline marketing activities aligned with our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns across social media, email, in-store, and community channels
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the website
  • Track and report on digital performance metrics and campaign results
  • Support planning and execution of book fairs, reading events, and other promotional activities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Liaise with vendors and manage marketing material production
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in social media followers and engagement
  • Increased website traffic and conversion rates
  • Successful execution of campaigns and events
  • Sales increase attributable to marketing efforts

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail or publishing
  • Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp)
  • Basic understanding of analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills
  • Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
  • A passion for books and literacy is highly desirable
