- A diploma or it’s equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Experience using the Hotelwise system is an added advantage
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office clerk, or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-service orientation and a positive attitude
