Job Purpose
The job purpose of an office Assistant’s is to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
Job Specifications
Duties and responsibilities at this level entail:-
- Carrying out cleaning work in designated areas;
- Lifting and moving of equipment and furniture occasionally as need arise to facilitate operations within divisions;
- Undertaking delivery of stores and materials; and
- Preparing and serving refreshments in the division.
Persons Specifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KSCE) mean grade ‘D’ plain or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution; and
- Proficiency in computer applications.
