Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collector at Collection Africa Ltd. The Debt Collector will be responsible for pursuing, tracking, negotiating, and monitoring the repayment of retail debt for banking institutions and other clients. Daily tasks include cash collection, utilizing the Debt Management Software System, and maintaining clear communication with debtors.
Qualifications
- Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Computer Literacy, especially in using debt management software
- Knowledge of Finance principles
- Previous experience in debt collection or related field
- Attention to detail and ability to negotiate effectively
- Certification or training in Debt Collection practices
