Job Description:
As a Customer Service Officer at Katevi, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and will work closely with them to address their inquiries, provide information, and assist with problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and offerings.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Offer feedback on efficiency and effectiveness of customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with customer service software, including CRM systems.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to various types of personalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
