Job Description
Instyle By Dee is seeking a mature, fashion-enthusiast Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, fluent in English and Kiswahili, and have a strong understanding of social media trends.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion items.
- Manage and update social media accounts to reflect the latest trends and promotions.
- Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Meet sales targets and deadlines set by the management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
