About the Role

MSpace is recruiting a Digital Marketing professional to lead campaign strategy, content creation, and lead generation efforts in Nairobi. This is a full-time position suited to candidates with a foundation in digital marketing looking to build measurable results in B2B environments. The role centers on growing brand visibility, capturing qualified leads, and driving customer acquisition through strategic digital channels.

You will report directly to the marketing leadership at MSpace and own the execution of campaigns across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will combine technical marketing skills with creative content production to support the company’s growth objectives in the technology solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels to achieve lead and customer acquisition targets
  • Produce marketing content including graphics, video, and social media posts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Conduct search engine optimization (SEO) work on website pages and blog content to improve organic visibility and traffic
  • Track and analyse campaign metrics including click-through rate, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on advertising spend to inform optimization decisions
  • Identify and integrate marketing technology tools and artificial intelligence solutions to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency
  • Manage incoming inquiries and leads from digital channels, ensuring timely follow-up and data accuracy

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 0–1 years of demonstrated experience in B2B digital marketing or campaign execution
  • Competency in graphic design software and video editing tools for content production
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or similar), analytics tools, and SEO principles
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or AI-driven tools and willingness to adopt new technologies
  • Portfolio or case study evidence of lead generation campaigns and measurable business impact
