Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) qualification
• Current, valid practicing license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC)
• Minimum 2 years of post-internship clinical experience in a medical setting
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Strong clinical reasoning ability and clear communication skills
• Capability to work productively in a hospital setting with multiple concurrent demands
