About the Role

Calltronix Contact & Training Centre is recruiting a Marketing and Brand Experience Coordinator to develop and manage integrated marketing, communication, and brand strategies across its portfolio of companies including Calltronix, KatiCRM, and Jump Xtreme. This is a full-time position based in Nairobi. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining consistent brand identity, strengthening client and employee engagement, and driving digital visibility through creative campaigns, social media management, and strategic storytelling.

The company specializes in business communication and collaboration process automation, using modern technologies and industry best practices to improve productivity and efficiency within organizations. The Marketing and Brand Experience Coordinator at Calltronix Contact & Training Centre will work across multiple brands and departments, ensuring all marketing efforts align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement integrated brand strategies that strengthen visibility and consistency across all company brands, with regular competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, and experiential initiatives, supported by annual and quarterly marketing calendars with measurable goals.
  • Lead social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and publishing across all relevant platforms, maintaining a consistent posting calendar to drive engagement and community growth.
  • Design and produce marketing and promotional materials including digital graphics, print collateral, event branding, and corporate signage using design tools and creative concepts aligned with brand identity.
  • Oversee campaign execution for key events such as product launches, client summits, and partnership activations, identifying and coordinating sponsorship opportunities that strengthen brand reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide bi-weekly analytical reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to promote employee engagement initiatives, staff achievements, and company culture across digital channels, including branded job advertisements and recruitment visuals.
  • Partner with People Operations to develop and disseminate internal communications aligned with approved channels and company standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or Business Administration, or an equivalent HND qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, preferably within a corporate, agency, or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns, developing social media strategy, and executing brand development projects.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer, and experience with analytics dashboards.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools including Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, digital advertising, content strategy, and marketing principles including brand positioning and communication strategy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Proven project management and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is advantageous, as is professional certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Social Media Strategy.
