Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen to customer tables accurately and promptly.

- Process bills, collect payments from guests, and return the correct change without error.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, waiter stations, kitchen zones, and restroom facilities throughout each shift.
- Support food preparation, plating, and storage according to established restaurant standards and recipe requirements.
- Wash pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen equipment; clean general kitchen areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Comply with food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and HACCP guidelines at all times.
- Restock condiments, sauces, and mise en place supplies; assist with opening and closing routines as needed.
- Manage waste disposal, including bin handling and grease trap cleaning, in line with company procedures.
- Support service during peak hours to minimise customer wait times and assist wait staff as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- KCSE Certificate with a mean grade of C Plain as the minimum educational qualification.
- Demonstrated interest in working within the hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurant sector.
- Basic housekeeping and cleaning skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle long shifts, and remain productive in a bustling kitchen and dining environment.
- Competence in planning, problem-solving, and making sound decisions during service.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a commitment to delivering good customer care.
- Flexibility, reliability, and the capacity to work as an effective team member.
