About the Role
CDL Human Resource is recruiting a Real Estate Sales Executive for its Nairobi office. This is a full-time position focused on driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and property sales management. The successful candidate will own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation through contract closure and payment collection, while maintaining strict compliance with contractual obligations.

The Real Estate Sales Executive at CDL Human Resource will work within a structured sales environment where performance against targets is measurable and accountability is clear.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach, focusing on high-value client demographics aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and follow up on assigned leads efficiently, converting prospects into qualified clients through structured, professional engagement.
- Organise and conduct professional property viewings and deliver detailed presentations that clearly communicate property features, value propositions, and investment potential.
- Advise clients on available properties, pricing structures, and flexible payment arrangements, ensuring recommendations match client needs and financial capacity.
- Execute sales agreements accurately and on time, collect deposits in accordance with company policy, and mitigate financial and contractual risk.
- Track client payment schedules rigorously, ensure compliance with agreed terms, and escalate payment defaults immediately to the Finance department.
- Maintain accurate client records, activity logs, and comprehensive progress reports within the CRM system to support sales forecasting and performance measurement.
- Meet or exceed all assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to company revenue objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in a high-value B2C or B2B sales environment.
- Proven ability to negotiate, structure, and close high-value real estate transactions.
- Demonstrated success building and sustaining trust-based relationships with affluent clients and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for persuasive presentations, report writing, and professional correspondence.
- Competence with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver measurable results consistently.
